Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Account data: your email address, a cryptographic hash of your password (we never store plaintext passwords), and the IP address used at registration. If you sign in with Google, we additionally store the account identifier and email address Google returns to us. We do not access your contacts, files or any other Google data.

Order and transaction data: order number, service purchased, amount, payment method and payment result. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your card number or payment password.

Data required to activate a service: to complete a managed subscription you may need to supply credentials or session information for the target AI platform. See the "Account credentials" section below.

Usage and referral data: a browser-generated anonymous identifier, the referral source (which search engine and which article brought you here), and key funnel events (landing, sign-up, checkout, payment). This is used to measure channel performance, not to identify you personally.

Account credentials (the most sensitive part of this service)

When you choose to have us activate a subscription on your own account, you supply credentials or session information for the target platform. We use it solely to complete the activation for your order and for no other purpose.

We erase it within a reasonable period after activation. You may also ask us to delete it immediately via a support ticket.

We strongly recommend you change your password on the target platform after activation. That is the single most effective protection available to you.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, deliver the service, and handle support and refunds;

To send transactional email directly related to your order (verification codes, order status, activation results, expiry reminders);

To detect and prevent fraud, credential abuse and arbitrage;

To measure channel and content performance and improve the product.

Who we share with

Payment providers: the data necessary to collect payment.

Email provider (Resend): the recipient address and message content necessary to email you.

Infrastructure (Cloudflare): hosting, delivery and protection of the site and app.

Analytics (Google Analytics): anonymous traffic statistics.

Other than the above, and where required by law or lawful request, we do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to keep your session, language preference and anonymous referral identifier. Clearing browser data will sign you out.

Retention and deletion

Account and transaction records are kept while you use the service, and transaction evidence is retained after account closure for the period required by applicable law.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or close your account, at any time via support@sublynow.com or a support ticket.

Minors

This service is not directed at anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please use it only with the consent and supervision of a guardian.

Changes

Updates are published on this page along with a new "last updated" date. We will notify you by email or in-app for material changes.
