Terms of Service

What we provide

SublyNow provides subscription assistance for overseas AI services: we purchase the subscription on your behalf and deliver it in one of two ways — activating it on your own account, or delivering a dedicated account we have purchased. The applicable option is shown at checkout.

We are not an agent, reseller or affiliate of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or any other platform, and have no partnership or authorisation from them. The features, availability and terms of the purchased service are determined solely by those platforms.

Your account

An account is required to place an order. Keep your credentials confidential; actions taken through your account are treated as your own.

One person may not register multiple accounts to claim new-user discounts or referral rewards repeatedly. We may cancel such discounts and rewards and suspend the accounts involved.

Pricing and payment

Prices are those displayed at checkout at the time of your order. They include the platform's official fee, cross-border payment costs and our service fee.

Exchange-rate movements and official price changes may alter prices; the price displayed when you order applies.

Delivery

We begin activation promptly after payment, typically completing within 10–30 minutes. Platform risk controls, account anomalies or peak periods may extend this.

If activation requires information from you (such as credentials) and it is not provided promptly, delivery is extended accordingly.

Your responsibilities

You agree to comply with the terms of service of the AI platform you purchase. Note that most platforms prohibit account sharing and resale; you assess and accept the resulting risk of restriction or suspension.

You may not use this service for any unlawful purpose, nor for fraud, money laundering, cash-out schemes or other prohibited activity.

You may not interfere with, attack or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Matters outside our control

Overseas platforms may change pricing, entitlements, regional availability or suspend accounts at any time. We will assist where we can, but we are not responsible for a platform's own policy changes.

Where a platform-side cause prevents delivery, the Refund Policy applies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. If you breach these terms we may suspend or terminate your account; open orders are handled under the Refund Policy.
